Born in Maine and raised in Massachusetts, I moved to Poinciana, Florida in 1976 with my late husband and three children.

In 1977, I started working part time as a front desk clerk at what was Tom Walsh Realty and is now Pioneer Realty.  After completing the required courses the same year, I received my real estate license and worked my way to office manager and then administrative assistant.  In 1989 I stepped into my late husband’s position as a REALTOR, becoming a multi million dollar producer the first year. I went on to complete the three courses necessary to receive the designation of Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI).  I have also completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training course (CDPE) which enables me to guide all my customers as smoothly and efficiently as possible should the unfortunate need for a short sale arise.  These matters are handled in the strictest of confidence.  Continuing education courses are an on going part of my education required for professional development.

Having lived and worked in Poinciana for over 30 years and owning homes in the community has given me the knowledge and expertise to be totally focused on the needs of my customers. I AM your neighborhood specialist….
